Saturday 14th November. Build from 7am, doors at 11am, close 7pm. You bring your own stock and equipment in, and take it away at the end.
Exhibitor FAQs
You get the floor space at the size shown, plus the benefits listed against your package. Stand dressing — walls, display units, rails, lighting and furniture beyond anything listed — is down to you. We'll confirm the exact set-up and build times in your exhibitor pack.
Exhibitor bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You cannot sell or pass your space to another business without our written permission. See clause 2 of the Exhibitor Terms & Conditions.
Yes — public liability cover of at least £2m is a condition of exhibiting. We'll ask for a copy of your certificate with the exhibitor pack.
Card payment secures your stand immediately. For invoice or instalment terms, get in touch before booking and we'll arrange it manually.
