Exhibitor Booking Terms & Conditions

By reserving an exhibition space at Asian Bridal Fest UK – MAKHMAL Edition, the exhibitor confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1Booking & Payment

  • An exhibition space is only confirmed once the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Asian Bridal Fest UK.
  • All prices are for the space/package specified at the time of booking.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for checking that their business details and selected package are correct before completing the booking.

2Cancellation & Refunds

  • All exhibitor bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise agreed by Asian Bridal Fest UK in writing.
  • If an exhibitor is unable to attend for any reason, including personal circumstances, travel issues or changes to their business plans, no refund will be provided.
  • Exhibitors may not sell, share or transfer their allocated space to another business without prior written permission from Asian Bridal Fest UK.

3Exhibition Space Allocation

  • Asian Bridal Fest UK reserves the right to allocate and, where reasonably necessary, change an exhibitor's location or space due to venue requirements, health and safety, operational needs or changes to the floor plan.
  • Exhibitors must remain within their allocated space and must not obstruct walkways, neighbouring exhibitors, entrances or emergency exits.
  • Any additional furniture, displays, rails, signage or equipment brought by the exhibitor must fit safely within their allocated area.

4Setup, Attendance & Breakdown

  • Exhibitors must follow the setup, opening and breakdown times communicated by the event team.
  • Spaces must be fully prepared before the exhibition opens to visitors.
  • Exhibitors must not dismantle or leave their exhibition space before the official closing time unless authorised by the event management team.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for leaving their allocated area clean and free from rubbish or damage.

5Footfall, Enquiries & Sales

  • Asian Bridal Fest UK will promote and market the event through its available marketing and social media channels; however, visitor numbers, enquiries, leads, bookings or sales cannot be guaranteed.
  • The commercial success of an individual exhibitor depends on many factors outside the organiser's control. Asian Bridal Fest UK will therefore not be responsible for an exhibitor's lack of sales, leads or business generated at the event.

6Promotion & Marketing

  • Exhibitors may receive promotional exposure according to the package purchased.
  • Exhibitors must provide requested logos, images, videos and business information within the deadlines communicated by the event team.
  • Failure to provide promotional material on time may result in promotional opportunities being missed, and no refund or compensation will be due.

7Photography, Video & Social Media

  • Photography and videography will take place throughout the event.
  • By participating, exhibitors acknowledge that their exhibition space, products, team members and representatives may appear in event photography, video footage, interviews, reels and other promotional content.
  • Asian Bridal Fest UK may use this content for event coverage and future marketing and promotional purposes.

8Exhibitor Responsibility

  • Exhibitors are responsible for their own products, stock, equipment, cash, valuables and personal belongings throughout the event.
  • Asian Bridal Fest UK will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their products, services, advertising and business activities comply with applicable UK laws and regulations.

9Health, Safety & Venue Rules

  • All exhibitors must comply with the health and safety requirements of Asian Bridal Fest UK and the venue.
  • Electrical equipment, displays, decorations and other installations must be safe and suitable for use at the event.
  • The organiser or venue may require the removal of anything considered unsafe, inappropriate or in breach of venue regulations.

10Insurance

  • Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining any insurance reasonably required for their business and participation at the event, including public liability insurance where applicable.
  • Proof of insurance may be requested before the event.

11Behaviour & Professional Conduct

  • Exhibitors and their representatives must behave professionally and respectfully towards visitors, other exhibitors, venue staff and the Asian Bridal Fest UK team.
  • Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unsafe or seriously disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

12Changes or Cancellation of the Event

  • Asian Bridal Fest UK reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, layout, programme or arrangements where necessary.
  • If circumstances outside the organiser's reasonable control affect the event, including venue restrictions, emergencies or other force majeure circumstances, Asian Bridal Fest UK will communicate the available arrangements to exhibitors as soon as reasonably possible.
  • Any refund, credit or rescheduling arrangements in such circumstances will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the event.

13Damage to Venue or Equipment

  • Exhibitors will be responsible for damage caused by them, their staff or contractors to the venue, exhibition equipment or property belonging to Asian Bridal Fest UK, subject to applicable law.
  • Exhibitors must not attach, drill, nail, paint or permanently fix anything to venue walls, floors or fixtures without prior permission.

14Acceptance of Terms

  • By completing the booking and ticking the acceptance box, the exhibitor confirms that they have read, understood and agree to these Exhibitor Terms & Conditions.
